Courses & Application Process

Here’s what you need to know:

Visit & interview: Prospective students are encouraged to visit the school, meet the team, view the kitchen facilities, and undergo an interview with Principal Debs and Chef Peter. Skype/Zoom interviews may be arranged if a visit isn’t possible.
Application form: You’ll need to complete and sign an application form together with your parent or guardian (where applicable).
Deposit: After formal acceptance, a deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit counts toward your total fees.
